When entry fees come back.
This policy explains when tournament entry fees are refundable. It applies to paid tournaments; free events involve no payment and nothing to refund.
Free tournaments never require payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can withdraw your team before the bracket goes live at no cost.
If you have not completed payment, you can simply withdraw and no charge is taken.
If your team has paid but the bracket has not yet gone live, contact support before the tournament starts and we will refund your entry in USDT, minus any unavoidable network (gas) fees.
Once seeding is set and the bracket goes live, entry fees are non-refundable, because your slot has been allocated and other teams have been matched around it.
The exception is organiser cancellation (see below).
If StrikersArena cancels a paid tournament before it is played, every paid team receives a full refund of its entry fee in USDT to the wallet or balance it paid from.
Refunds are returned in USDT. Because settlement is on public blockchains, refunds are subject to network confirmation times and unavoidable network fees, and are sent to the wallet address (or internal balance) used for the original payment.
To request a refund or raise a payment dispute, contact support@strikersarena.club or use our community Discord. This policy does not limit any mandatory refund rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
